Click this box to enable or disable automatic spellchecking.
When the automatic spellchecking is enabled and this option is on, Atlantis marks potential misspelings with a wavy underline.
Choose the desired intensity - from light to heavy - of the wavy underline displayed below potential misspellings:

Note that the actual color of the wavy underline in the documents may be automatically adjusted by Atlantis if the "Adjust onscreen text colors to make text visible on current background" option is checked on the "Colors" tab of the "Tools | Options..." dialog of Atlantis.
When this option is on, words beginning with a capital letter are ignored by the spellchecker (i.e., are skipped over without being checked).
When this option is on, all-caps words are ignored by the spellchecker (i.e., are skipped without being checked).
When this option is on, words containing embedded digits are ignored by the spellcehcker (i.e., are skipped without being checked). Examples of such words: "Win95" and "Q4".
When this option is on, words containing an unusual mixture of upper- and lower-case letters are ignored by the spellchecker (i.e., are skipped without being checked). Examples of such words: "MicroHouse" and "CapsLock".
When this option is on, words that appear to be Internet addresses (such as "www.AtlantisWordProcessor.com" or "support@AtlantisWordProcessor.com") or filenames (such as "Readme.txt") are ignored by the spellchecker (i.e., are skipped without being checked).
When this option is on, doubled words (for example, "the the", or "are are") are reported by the spellchecker.

Click the Save to File... button to save all the current Atlantis settings to an external INI file. To load the saved settings from such an INI file, click the Load from File... button.
