The main menu or simply menu of Atlantis is a horizontal bar with clickable commands at the top of the Atlantis window:

Many commands and features of Atlantis can be accessed through this menu. It consists of individual sub-menus with commands belonging to a specific category (File, Edit, Format, Insert, etc):

You can click the menu items with the mouse. Alternatively, you can press F10, navigate through the menu to the required command with the cursor keys, then invoke the selected menu item by pressing Enter.

Most menu items include the so called "keyboard accelerators" that can be used to invoke these menu items with the keyboard. Depending on the state of the "Show keyboard accelerators" option on the "Accessibility" tab of the "Tools | Options..." dialog of Atlantis, the keyboard accelerators of menu items may display as underlined characters:

To access a menu item via its keyboard accelerator, you can hold the Alt key, then press the keyboard accelerators that lead to this menu item. For example, to choose the "Tools | Customize | Toolbars..." menu command, you can hold the Alt key, then press T, U, and T in succession.
