You can apply various paragraph formatting characteristics to your document text.

Before applying a new paragraph format to a text fragment, you should first select that fragment in the document. Then you can change individual paragraph formatting characteristics of the selected text by clicking the corresponding toolbar Toolbars are a collection of graphic icons and other visual controls that can be used to perform various commands in Atlantis:

Note: If no text selected in the document, all the paragraph formatting commands apply to the current paragraph (the paragraph containing the cursor).
