F9 toggles the "Full Screen" mode on and off. With the Full Screen mode on, the Atlantis toolbars, scrollbars, document bar, status bar and rulers, all become invisible by default. To go back to the Atlantis normal working environment, simply press F9 again or press Esc. Note that you can choose which components of the Atlantis interface are displayed in the Full Screen mode. Use the View tab of the "Tools | Options..." dialog.Atlantis can automatically safeguard copies of all open documents (including the Clippy Bank) to a special folder. In the event of a fatal crash or accidental shutdown of your computer, Atlantis will be able to restore your documents from the Safe Copies.
If the Safe Copy was created for the active document in its current state, the special icon 
is displayed in the Status Bar.
To adjust the Safeguard feature, choose the Tools | Options... menu command, then click the Load / Save tab. Set the Safeguard every XX minutes option from there.
