Atlantis has a special mode connected to the Clippy Bank. When this mode is activated, any data that goes to clipboard, is also appended to the Clippy Bank. You could use this mode to collect excerpts from different documents, pictures or links from Web pages, or any other type of information supported by Atlantis. After this you could use the data collected by the Clippy Bank to compose your own document. To activate this mode, click the Clippy Bank collects clipboard data toolbar button.
When this mode is on, the Clippy Bank by default collects formatted data. For example, when you copy to the clipboard a text fragment formatted with red font color, it will be added to the Clippy Bank formatted with red font color. In other words, the original formatting of clips is preserved. But sometimes you might wish to collect plain text without any formatting. For this just check the "Collect Plain Text" option from the drop-down menu attached to the Clippy Bank collects clipboard data toolbar button:
When this option is checked, any new text collected by the Clippy Bank will be formatted with the current font and paragraph format of the Clippy Bank.
