Atlantis can play sounds for various events and actions. For example, the typewriter sounds can be played when you type text, or Atlantis could warn you with a sound that you have just toggled the Caps Lock key.
In Atlantis, you can use a precompiled sound scheme containing sounds for different events. Alternatively, you can manually assign your custom WAV files to any event.
The "Standard" sound scheme of Atlantis includes sounds of multiple typewriters. If this sound scheme is not available in your system, you can install it by choosing the "Tools | Customize | Sounds..." or "Tools | Quick Personalization..." menu command. You can also manually download the "Standard" scheme to any folder in your system, then direct the "Tools | Customize | Sounds..." dialog of Atlantis to the downloaded file.
To adjust the sound settings of Atlantis (enable or disable sounds for individual events, assign custom sounds, switch to a different typewriter, or disable sounds in Atlantis altogether), choose the "Tools | Customize | Sounds..." menu command.
