This version is a minor release with changes to the "Save as eBook" tool of Atlantis regarding font embedding. If font embedding is enabled for eBooks in Atlantis, older versions of Atlantis embed entire font files in the EPUB eBook even when only a small subset of characters present in these font files is needed to display this eBook. The new version of Atlantis generates much more compact EPUB eBooks with embedded fonts by using reduced versions of the fonts containing only the characters used in these eBooks. The new version significantly reduces the size of eBooks with embedded fonts compared to older versions of Atlantis. In many cases, eBooks with embedded fonts generated by the new version are 5-10 times smaller compared to older versions of Atlantis.
