Installing fonts

All fonts installed to your Windows system are automatically available in Atlantis and can be used to format document text. You can also add new fonts to your Windows and thus make them available in Atlantis for document formatting.

To install a new font, you first need to download it to your computer. There are plenty of Web sites offering fonts, both free and paid. You can use your favorite search engine to find the fonts you need:

Searching for fonts with Google
Downloading the font

Normally font files are distributed as compressed archives (ZIP files) that you can open directly from within the Web browser:

Next, you need to unpack the font files:

Then select the extracted font files, right-click the selection, and choose the "Install" command:

You can install new fonts while Atlantis is running. No restart is needed.

Removing installed fonts is also easy. Open Windows settings and search for font settings:

Font settings

then select the font you want to uninstall and click the "Uninstall" command:

Note that the actual steps for installing or uninstalling fonts on your system may be slightly different depending on your Windows version.
