Tip  Did you know that ...

You can quickly save a selected picture to a graphic file. Simply press the Ctrl+Shift+Alt+F12 keys.
The "Print" dialog

This dialog displays various options for the printing of your active document.

Printer options

The Name box lists the printers connected to your computer. Choose the desired printer from this list.

Click the Properties button to set up options for the printer such as print quality, paper source, etc. The actual options depend on the printer's specific features. When you click the OK button, Atlantis memorizes the current settings of your printer. The next time you call the File | Print dialog, Atlantis will restore the last used printer with its last used settings.

If the Print to file box is checked, the document will be printed to a file instead of routing it directly to a printer. The document is saved with the printer formatting, such as font selection and color specifications, in a .prn file that can be printed on another printer.

Print range

Use the Print range controls to specify whether to print the entire document, specific pages, or the portion you selected. Note: the Selection box is enabled only if your document contains a selection.

You can also instruct Atlantis to print pages in a reverse order starting from the last page of the specified page range (use the Reverse page order box) as well as instruct Atlantis to print only odd or only even pages from the specified page range (use the Print combo box).

Copies

With the Number of copies box you can specify the number of copies you want to print.

When you have selected more than one copy, the Collate box specifies whether you want the copies to be collated.

Zoom

Use the Pages per sheet box to specify how many pages should be printed on each sheet of paper.

Normally, document page size and paper size should match. However, you can use the Actual paper size list box to specify a different size for the paper sheets effectively used for printing.
Note that Two-Sided printing cannot be performed adequately unless the Actual paper size option is set with a proper value (click here for more details on specifying paper formats).

Two-sided printing

Check the Two-sided printing box if you want to print your document in two-sided mode.

If you want to adjust the Two-sided options for the currently selected printer, click the Options button.

Check the Print booklets box if you want to print your document as either a simple or compound booklet.

When the Print cut lines box is checked, and you print booklets of 4 (or more) pages per sheet side, Atlantis prints dotted lines to show cut lines:
