When this option is on, and the document contains a selection, typing text and pasting automatically replaces the selection.
When this option is off, new text is inserted immediately after the selection.
When this option is on, the mouse selects text by whole words.
When this option is off, text is selected "character by character".
This option controls how the document window is scrolled by the cursor keys.
When this option is on, Atlantis scrolls a document window to make the cursor as close to the center of this window as possible.
When this option is off, a document window is scrolled to make the cursor visible (the cursor might appear at the bottom of the document window or at the top).
This option controls how the font formatting operations are performed in cases when the document contains no selection.
When this option is on, and there is no text selected, a font formatting operation is applied to the word containing the cursor.
When this option is off, no immediate formatting is performed but the new formatting would be applied to any text you will type in this document.
When this option is on, Atlantis automatically recognizes Internet addresses (Emails and Web addresses) in your document and allows to select them as ordinary words.
For example, when this option is on, you could quickly select an Internet address by double-clicking it.
When this option is on, you can promote and demote items of outline lists with the Tab and Backspace keys.

When this option is on, you can follow ("open") hyperlinks only by Ctrl+clicking them.
When this option is off, you do not need to hold the Ctrl key pressed when clicking hyperlinks to follow them.
Enables or disables the Click & Type feature.

This option controls how Atlantis undoes / redoes text typing.
When this option is on, Atlantis undoes / redoes typing operations by whole words.
When this option is off, these operations are undone / redone "character by character".
When this option is on, you could undo operations even after you have saved your document.
When this option is on, Atlantis automatically places the word at the current cursor position to the Find box of the Find / Replace window every time you choose the Edit | Find... or Edit | Replace... main menu command.
When this option is off, the contents of the Find box remains unchanged.
When this option is on, Atlantis performs additional operations every time you delete selected text, cut selection to the clipboard, paste the contents of the clipboard, and perform Drag & Drop operations. The Smart Cut & Paste might delete spare spaces from your document, or insert missing spaces.
When this option is on, any information that goes to the clipboard, is collected by Atlantis under the drop-down menu of the Paste
toolbar button:

You could click any of the collected items in this menu to insert the corresponding clip to the active document.
The Clipboard History is cleared on program close.
These options are used by Atlantis every time it creates a new hyperlink (hyperlinks can be created by the AutoCorrect, or through the Insert | Hyperlink... command). You can instruct Atlantis to underline or not underline new hyperlinks as well as specify the desired color for new hyperlinks.
Click the Save to File... button to save all the current Atlantis settings to an INI file. To load the saved settings from such an INI file, click the Load from File... button.
You could also use this INI file to install Atlantis to a memory flash drive.
