This version of Atlantis Word Processor is a minor release with a new Don't add space between paragraphs of the same style option in the "Paragraph format" dialog:

Space between paragraphs is normally added by setting "space before" and "space after" in the "Paragraph format" dialog:

When the "Don't add space between paragraphs of the same style" option is enabled for two neighboring paragraphs, space between them is suppressed if both paragraphs belong to the same paragraph style.
