You could use the Format Brush for formatting your documents.
The look of a paragraph is controlled by its Paragraph Format.
By formatting paragraphs, you change the Paragraph Format of these paragraphs.
Note that before formatting multiple paragraphs, you should select them first.
If no text selected in the active document, all the paragraph formatting operations make changes to the current paragraph (the paragraph containing the cursor).
