The Address Book folder box tells the current location of your address books (the folder where all your address books should be stored). But you might wish to specify a different location for your address books (for example, in order to store them at a more secure location on your hard disk). For this click the Browse... button next to the Address Book folder box. If you current Address Book folder is not empty (if it already contains address books), Atlantis would suggest to either copy or move the current address books to a new location. Note that in the U3-smart version of Atlantis Word Processor the Browse... button is disabled because the Atlantis address books are supposed to be stored on a memory flash drive.
The Available Address Books box lists the books available in your Address Book folder.
You can create a new address book by clicking the New....
Click the Edit... button if you want either to view or modify the addresses of the address book selected in the Available Address Books box.
The Delete button completely removes the address book selected in the Available Address Books box. Be careful when deleting address books because this operation cannot be undone.
