Larger, better interface for creating book index

I just spent 2 months creating the index for my book, partly because of the tiny font in the index creation tool on the control board, Every other panel of the control board is usable except for for this one, primarily due to the tiny font size. Plus, the hot key feature does not seem to work with any index creation dialogs. I added hot keys for modify index and create index, neither of which worked. So I was stuck using the mouse for virtually the entire creation process, causing repetitive motion pain in my mouse button finger. The dialogs in this app are very small throughout, and it would be nice if they could ALL be revised with larger font size but I'd take just the dialogs for the index creation tool being enlarged (plus the text in the index control panel) as a modest victory,. Atlantis by default uses the same system font size throughout its entire GUI.

You can change the size of text and controls on the “Accessibility” tab of the “Tools | Options…” dialog of Atlantis.
