Lost Scroll Bar

I've recently run into something strange. It appears to be only on one document. When I open up the program and the document opens with it the vertical scroll bar does not appear. (It doesn't appear to happen unless this document is the one that comes up displayed when Atlantis opens.) I've found I can correct the problem for that session by hiding and then un-hiding the document bar. Obviously, this solution is not ideal. I've tried reinstalling the program, but that did nothing.

I think the problem might be all the footnotes I've added. There are a lot in a few pages. I haven't been able to find a similar problem on the forum. Has this happened to anyone else?

I'm attaching the document in case anyone wants to take a peek. I'll just ask you not to hang onto it if you do, because it's something I had to pay for and I'm sure the original author wouldn't appreciate it being passed around. My modifications to it are what I believe are causing the problem.

I cannot reproduce the problem in my Atlantis Word Processor.

Could you please post a screen capture with a missing scrollbar?

Could you please also email your current Atlantis settings to support@AtlantisWordProcessor.com? Please choose the "Tools | Options..." menu command of Atlantis, click the "Save to File..." button, and save the settings as "Atlantis.ini". Please email this .ini file to support@AtlantisWordProcessor.com.

By the way, you do not necessarily have to post "private" documents to the forum. You can email them to support@AtlantisWordProcessor.com along with your question.

Well, great. Before, I couldn't keep it from happening. (BTW, it wasn't the whole scroll bar that was missing, just the "thumb." I should've said that.) Now I can't make it happen. I went back in to do the screen capture you asked for and, sure enough, it's fine.

So, for now, thanks and never mind. I'll send what you asked for if it happens again.

Please click here to download a setup file of Atlantis. Run the setup, and follow the onscreen instructions to upgrade your Atlantis.

Has the problem gone away?

I just downloaded and installed the new update. When I did, the problem returned.

Maybe never mind. Because of the new thing (patch?) you gave me I think my version of Atlantis is now reporting that the last update is still pending for me. I've gone back to what you just sent me and everything's fine.
