Hello,
one of the killing features of Atlantis for me is the control board. I mainly use two of the panels (Headings/ document structure and styles).
I didn't find a way to switch between panels by hotkeys. It would be a nice feature to add.
Maybe this is possible already and I just didn't find out how to do it. In this case I would appreciate some hints.
Thanks
Polarigel
Hotkey for switching between control board panels
Keyboard shortcuts for switching between panels of the Control Board would not make much sense because you cannot use the Control Board panels without the mouse. Most commands and features of the Control Board are purely mouse driven.
I'm not so sure about that. There are a lot of actions in Windows and programs I perform using both keyboard and mouse. The best known examples are Shift-click or CTRL-click for marking items in lists or using SHIFT-TAB to navigate through browser tabs while using the mouse for clicking on links.
So for me it would feel natural to shift between panes by hotkeys (for example by clicking in a pane to focus it, then using SHIFT-TAB) while using the mouse to select items. So intuitively I assume that clicking in a pane and shift-TAB will work too in Atlantis- and get stopped, because it doesn't.
I'm not sure if this is an uncommon working style or not. One can live without that feature- but if its not too much trouble to add customizable hot-keys to navigate between control board panels, I would appreciate it.

Sorry, Polarigel, but Shift-click and Ctrl-click are a completely different thing. You can combine the mouse buttons with modifier keys (Ctrl, Shift, and Alt) because the mouse has only a few buttons.
You cannot use the Control Board of Atlantis without the mouse. Switching to another panel of the Control Board through some keyboard shortcut does not make any practical sense since the mouse cursor is already within the Control Board area. Clicking the icon of the desired panel is much easier and intuitive than pressing some keyboard shortcut multiple (currently up to 6) times.
