External Links to OneNote failure

I am new to AWP to write chapters for a book. My Book notes are in OneNote. In previous word processing software I was able to make hyperlinks within the document to notes in OneNote. AWP hyperkinks fail for just OneNote. They open OneNote but do not open the specified note (it just remains on the last note accessed). I've tried external hyperlinks to other NoteTaking apps within AWP. These hyperlink work for Joplin and UpNote external links.

OneNote creates a dual note link (one for web access, the other for local). In other word processors, the local link works. I am familiar with how to edit the dual link to the local.

Is this a technical problem with AWP? The problem creates a workflow issue.

I suppose you mean hyperlinks with an URI like this:

onenote://<onenote_notebook_filename>#<note_details>

The next update of Atlantis will open them correctly.
