error 005CEB9C

Post by Lumenman »

I copied text from a DOCX and pasted it into Atlantis (5.0.2.0), but an error 005CEB9C and graphical artifacts appeared when scrolling. I'm using Windows 10 and pasted the text in its original formatting.

Are you sure it is version 5.0.2 (please choose the "Help | About..." menu command)? In version 5.0.2, this address corresponds to a routine that adds new columns to a table.

Is this error reproducible on your system?

Yes, 5.0.2. The error occurred once on Windows 10. No errors have occurred on Linux (at home) via Wine yet.

Do you still have the document files that you copied/pasted text from/to? Any other details regarding that copy/paste incident?

The text and document weren't saved (there's a lot of paperwork involved). I tried copying and pasting the text from the DOCX into Atlantis several times, and there were no errors. If it happens again, I'll let you know.
