Installed Windows font won't show up in Atlantis

I have a font that is installed on my PC that I use a lot when creating RTFs in Office Word. When I move the RTF over to Atlantis for the final processing before turning it into an epub that font is not there. I am referring to the Cochin RomanItalic Italic font show here as installed in the attached Image1.

Image2 is the list of fonts in Atlantis and you will notice that Chochin is not there anywhere. I am trying to modify Heading 1 to match Chapter 10 - RTF to make Headings in the document that will work as Chapter links in the epub.

So where is my font if it's there in Windows but not in Atlantis?

If you have added that font to the "Favorite fonts" in Atlantis, it should appear at the top of the font list. You may need to scroll up the font list.

I have not added this font to the Favorite Fonts listing as I can't find it anywhere in Atlantis.

There is also the fact that the font will show up on the Tool Bar but immediately disappears when I try to modify Heading 1 to match Chapter 10

You can see that it shows on the Tool Bar but not in the Modify Heading 1. I really need this font to show up in your list of installed fonts!

You can see that it shows on the Tool Bar but not in the Modify Heading 1.

The toolbar simply shows the current document formatting, including the current typeface, even if the corresponding font is not available to Atlantis.

How long have you had this font in your system? Was it installed in any special way (“for the current user only” or “for all users”)?

Do you have other text processing applications (besides Word) in your system? If so, do they offer this font through their UI?

If possible, please email this font to support@atlantiswordprocessor.com or send a link to a web page where it can be downloaded.

I have had this font on the computer for several years and it was installed for all users.

Office 2007 Word and Atlantis are the only word processing programs on the computer.

I can email the font to you.
