Lost RTF Formatting
I do a lot of my RTF formatting in Office Word 2007 and then bring the document into Atlantis to finish the formatting and convert to epub. The document I am currently working on loses all text formatting when I bring the document into Atlantis and try to get rid of the Styles I don't need in the Styles pane. This is the first time this has happened to me and I really need all that formatting to transfer along with the text of the document. The problem seems to occur when deleting styles that I don't need, like TOC Heading, Heading 2 - 9, and personal styles that have nothing to do with the document I'm working on. Is there any way that I can get rid of all those Styles I don't need and still keep the formatting of the text?
Re: Lost RTF Formatting
Most probably the styles you have deleted were the styles on which some other styles in use were based.
To delete truly unused styles, you can use the Reveal formatting panel of the Control Board:

That process removes almost all of the formatting, including fragments of formatting that I want to keep. I can't seem to get a photo in here to show what I mean.

Deleting unused styles through the "Reveal formatting" panel of the Control Board of Atlantis never removes any document formatting.
