I'm on version 4.4.3.9.
I seem to notice a minor change in the Power Type behaviour, it must be in one of the very last updates.
When the suggestions pop up, say underneath my cursor (whether underneath or above depends on the position of the cursor on screen), and say there are 7 or 8 suggestions, I can move the focus down with the arrow keys and press Enter to select the word I want.
However, wasn't it the case that this scrolling was in a loop before? I.e. when I reached the entry at the bottom and kept pressing Arrow Down, the focus would be back at the top.
Now, scrolling just stops and I have to press Arrow Up to go back to the top item.
I don't know if this is by design or by accident. And assuming my memory does not deceive me and scrolling was in a loop before (or how should I call it?), I prefer the old behaviour. Because if the list of suggestions was long, and the item I wanted was actually near the bottom of the list, using Arrow Up instead of Down meant fewer key strokes.
I know it's a tiny matter, just thought I'd mention it. Thanks.

To get to the bottom of the Power Type suggestions directly, press the End key.
To get to the top of the Power Type suggestions directly, press the Home key.

It helps.
Did it always work this way, i.e. am I misremenbering the continuous scrolling (i.e. in a loop)?

Re: Powertype suggestions & scrolling: changed?
You are right. It has worked in a looped way until recently. But standard list boxes are not supposed to work this way.

Okay. I guess like so often, what isn't supposed to be is actually rather nice.
It's slightly counterintuitive to me that they aren't supposed to, however. Because when navigating with the keyboard through the menu (i.e. pressing ALT to move the focus to the menu, and then navigating with the arrow keys), that goes in a loop as well. In Atlantis and other programmes I've just tried. And maybe from a programmer's point of view a list box is a fundamentally different thing from that. But for a simple user like me, it isn't per se.
I'm don't want to press the point, it's no very big deal. But I'm just saying. I had no problem with how it worked. (If some users did and it was changed on their behest, that's also fine of course.)

Re: Powertype suggestions & scrolling: changed?
This is a purely technical change with consistency in mind. The visual control in question is a standard “list box”, not a “menu”. Older versions of Atlantis added extra functionality to this particular list box that it is not supposed to have.
By the way, I think that “cycle through” makes sense in menus because you can't use “Home” and “End” in menus.
