I keep my Atlantis icon properties set to "maximized". Resetting it to "minimized" puts it in the task bar. Is this what you mean?

You could try either of the following:

1. Close, then reopen Atlantis.
2. Switch the Atlantis toolbars off, then back on.
3. Log off Windows, then log back on. Reopen Atlantis.
4. Reboot, then reopen Atlantis.

You could not rename a document's file if it is open in Atlantis. Your Windows would not allow to rename or delete it.
When you uninstall Atlantis, all its settings get removed from the Registry. This is why you now have the default settings in your Atlantis.

You are right. The current beta version is a beta version of Atlantis Ocean Mind, not of Atlantis Nova.

But you are wrong when you say that Atlantis Nova is ad-supported.

Are you using Atlantis Nova, the free ad-supported version? I don't think the beta will install unless you have the paid version, Ocean Mind. Nova is not being updated, I believe.

In the Opera browser forum, which uses the same BB system as Atlantis, there is an "Ignore List" feature which allows one to ignore a particular user whose posts are of no interest. I cannot find this feature on the Atlantis forum. Is it possible to activate the Ignore List here also?

If I'm not misunderstanding your problem, and if you're using Windows, try this: right click the Atlantis icon, select Properties, select Shortcut. If the window after the word run: shows "Normal", drop the menu and change to "Maximized."

I trust the use of the term "incoming" is meaningful, as in "about to land?" The new features will certainly make Atlantis a viable alternative for MS Word. Looking forward to the release.
