Fast Navigation

How do I turn off Fast Navigation? It's getting in my way. Every time I try to cut and paste with control-x and control-v, I get the Fast Navigation pop-up.

Fast navigation is also popping up whenever I try to bold something with control-b.

What am I doing wrong?

Uncheck “Fast Navigation” on the “Edit” tab of the “Tools | Options…” dialog to turn it off:

However, Fast Navigation should not happen with Ctrl+X / Ctrl+V…
