Hello: I´m betatesting Atlantis 1.6.2.0, and It´s a very nice software. I have more issues than with PolyEdit, and with much more speed!
I have installed also an old Atlantis Nova 1.0.0.70, and find in it a rather useful tip: when you put the cursor over the documents bar and right click on it, you have the option "close", which is very useful. Why actual version lacks that function? It´s really a pity (other editors close with two clicks, etc)
Please, considered it for a future version.
Thanks very much
some lack
Atlantis Word Processor does not offer this command through the right-click menu of Document Bar buttons because there are simpler ways to close documents in Atlantis. You can close any document in Atlantis with one click. If you drag the document's button outside the Document Bar area, this document is automatically closed.
There are other ways to close documents in Atlantis. Please click here for details.
There is really no point in bloating this context menu with such basic commands.

Hi,
Things work differently in Atlantis from Nova but they are even more practical:
When you want to close a document, simply click on the document tab and hold the mouse button down while you move the mouse up until the cursor becomes a cross inside a square. Release the mouse button. The document will automatically be closed.
Alternatively, you can press Ctrl+W.
HTH.
Cheers,
Robert
