It has always been easy peasy to add page numbers to Atlantis documents. Suddenly I am having troubles. Maybe I am forgetting a step?
I choose Insert Page Numbers from the file menu. I make my choice - I always use the same format - and the #s show in the footer with the document text greyed.
I can't get beyond that. Before - I think - I just clicked somewhere in the document and moved on. Now I'm stuck with greyed out text in a document I can't use.
What am I missing?
I've read the instructions, but nothing tells me what to do after the numbers are inserted.

Page Number Troubles

A header shows up - which I've never happen seen before, and a footer with a page #. And then I can't use the document anymore.
No. I didn't try inserting page numbers to a blank document.
OK. Now I tried it on a blank document. I get the same thing: a header, a footer with a page number and an unusable document.

Oohhhhhhhhhh. Dumber than dirt, stupider than slime am I. When I saw your post, I said, "Of course I tried double clicking." Just the same, I tried it again.
