I don't think this is unique to AWP, but I've noticed it happens when copying text from some text or word processors to some other places. Primarily this seems to happen when copying text to someplace online.
If I write something (such as a blog) in AWP and then copy and paste it to a text field online, the line/paragraph breaks are usually lost and I have to put them back in again on the copied text.
Do you know what causes this and if there is any way around it?

Yes, it copies correctly when pasted to Notepad.
Also, when pasting from Notepad to the online field, the line breaks are also removed.
I notice that this same thing happens in many text fields on the Internet. There is apparently something in the code of commonly used html programming software that creates fields that eliminate the kind of line breaks used in Windows programs. Why it would do that, I have no idea. Maybe it's a "bug," or at least an unrecognized or unintentional flaw in that software.
