SOLVED! Wrong Resolution of Atlantis

After much discussion here and not a few screenshots I did some experimenting and want to share the results here. Basically, because of my old eyes (80) I keep my display setting at 150%. Now I see that it was the problem. Atlantis can't work at that setting.

I go to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Display and on the page to "Make it easier to read what's on your screen" I select the Larger 150%. Now I have reduced it back to Medium 125% and the program now works perfectly. Oh Well...
