support for the rest of the line & Page breaks for ePub

So far the keep with next paragraph, page break before, and widow/orphan control is supported by epub generation but the last one seems not to be. In particular I would like to see keep paragraph intact. I added this and then opened the results CSS file and it was not coded. It is called page-break-inside:avoid

The next release of Atlantis will save the "Keep intact" paragraph attribute to EPUB.
