Wow, what great service. I misplaced my licence key, searched everywhere for it, I always keep them on a backup but must have deleted it. I emailed Atlantis support at 1.45 am and received an email with my licence key at 1.58 am (13 mins to reply not bad at all eh). Many thanks indeed for a wonderful service.
