Deleting Clippy Bank

I know this sounds counter-productive, but I'd like to delete Clippy Bank. The Setup directory for Atlantis doesn't seem to be working, but no prolem. Is there another way to delete it? Or must I reinstall and uncheck Clippy Bank?
