It cannot be done automatically. But you can right-click a heading and choose “Collapse All” in the menu.
When all headings are collapsed, you can reorder them in any suitable way through drag & drop or cut & paste.

The current version of Atlantis is version 4.1.5.1. Countless improvements and bug corrections have been introduced since version 1.5.6.5, which actually is no longer supported… If you upgraded to the current 4.x version, you’d be impressed how Atlantis so vastly improved over the years. Atlantis does not support the OPML file format. You’ll find detailed presentation of the OPML file format at How to Open, Edit, and Convert OPML Files . DOCX is a zipped, XML-based file format. Being a compressed file format, it is only natural that it should be comparatively smaller… You can replac...

Re: What file are Saved Searches saved in?
By default, the Saved Searches are saved to the Windows registry (HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Atlantis Word Processor\SavedSearches). However, you’d be well advised not to tamper with the registry keys. Just let Atlantis deal automatically with your Saved Searches. Now if you launch Atlantis with Fac...
