Re: Smart Space Management problem (in French)
I realized that and was trying to delete my post when you replied. I thought the basic space management (, .) were assumed.

Re: Autocorrect entries lost (again)
Robert: Thanks for the links. I use Windows 7, but I see there are external software that could be used for automatic backup.Have a look at the following pages:

Re: Autocorrect entries lost (again)
Thanks for the comprehensive response. I never run more than 1 AWP instance. Something must have gone wrong yesterday because today, after renanming the .ini file, and starting AWP again, autocorrect entries were loaded from registry. Why so many entries? I write in French on a US keyboard and words...

Re: Autocorrect entries lost (again)
Thanks for the advice. My AutoCorrect entries are continuously evolving while I'm using AWP. I should then back up the .ini file (or save the AutoCorrect file) each time I'm done with a session. This is not convenient, but if it's the way to save the accrued corrections I'll do it. It still seems to...

Re: Autocorrect entries lost (again)
I need to recuperate autocorrect entries that are in the registry, since it contains newer ones I don't have in my backup.
Can you please suggest the best way to do that. Should I downgrade to an earlier AWP version which still loads setting from registry? Or is there a simpler way?
Thanks

Re: Autocorrect entries lost (again)
Autocorrect entries are still in the registry indeed (I hadn't checked that earlier), but they don't get loaded after renaming .ini and starting AWP. I do have a backup, which I can load, but I added a number of entries since it was made, and I was hoping to recover those as well. All was working fi...

Autocorrect entries lost (again)
I posted earlier about Autocorrect entries not loading when AWP starts (https://www.atlantiswordprocessor.com/en/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2581). I was told to rename the .ini file, and start again. That worked because entries were read from registry (I have close to 10K entries in French). But I was wa...

Re: Section collapse
That's what I started to do, but you need another heading after the section in order to collapse it, otherwise it's not delimited.I think equipping each section with a proper heading would be a better solution.
Another thing I'm doing is setting the section font to 1, which almost collapses it.

Section collapse
It would be nice to be able to collapse a Section (Headings collapsing is great but one needs a heading at the top and another at the bottom).
This could also be accomplished with a Hide Text option, once the whole Section is selected.

Re: Space in French quotes
You're right. Thank you
At some point in the past I had to turn this option off. Before replying I was trying to remember why.

Re: Space in French quotes
It does replace quotes with guillemets, but no space is inserted.

Space in French quotes
In French, there is a space between the quotes (guillemets) and the quoted text, « et voilà ».
Word automatically inserts such non-breaking spaces in French texts. How can I get AWP to do the same thing?

Re: Customized AutoCorrect entries gone
Text language and AutoCorrect language match (French). I use AutoCorrectAll, a wonderful Atlantis feature. I don't always check results right away, but I started noticing some substitutions were not occurring. Then I realized AWP reverted to the default replacement list. I believe it happened after ...

Re: Customized AutoCorrect entries gone
The big question now is where are my customized AutoCorrect entries? I had several thousands replacements (accented French words, etc.) curated over the years. Please don't tell me it's lost.

There was a similar issue with Dutch language last March (mine is French): http://www.atlantiswordprocessor.com/en ... 916#p11916].
Couldn't that be related?

Customized AutoCorrect entries gone
When I perform AutoCorrect it doesn't use my customized list to replace text any longer (version 4.3.5.1 on Windows 7). The entries are still in \Documents\Atlantis\Spellcheck in a .zlx file. But I can't load that file in the AutoCorrect Option dialog, and there is no Help for "zlx", appar...
