I'd like to have a 'sidebar' area for document notes. It would function like a one-cell table, and the document text would wrap around it.

Don't want a table at the top, then the document text below.

Using the latest version, it seems that any word that has been set to 'ignore all' shows up a misspelled when the document is re-opened (after a close and save).

So, a character name, for example, in a document is not in the spelling library. So it gets the wavy underline thing, and you right-click ...

While I am writing my book, it would be nice if the area of the cursor would stay in the middle area of the screen, so there is always white space below the text as I type.

I am a less-than-focused (target-based?) writer. I write when I can, and often there isn't really a 'target' that I am aim for on a daily basis.

Sometimes, I have several hours to write. Other days, not so much. (And motivation is a factor also -- sometimes I am just not ...

Really like the Word Count feature. It's useful as I write fiction; I can tell how long the book is (and will be, based on how far I am 'into' the story).

"Ignore all" adds the word to a temporary lexicon. This is how all instances of the word get "ignored".

To ignore a single instance of the word, right-click it, and use the "Language" menu to apply "<none>" language to the word.

OK...that works, but it is a bit counter-intuitive.

Well, that is strange, but it worked. Rebooted, and now the word count is where (and what) it is supposed to be.

While writing fiction (or anything), I've noticed the 'red squiggly' properly showing a word that is not spelled correctly.

While I can right-click and 'Ignore All', there is no choice for 'Ignore Once', which is sometimes needed.

Would be nice to have 'Ignore Once' added to the right-click of ...

I have customized the bottom status bar to show word count, but the word count shows as 'Words:0'.

If I use the Tools, Words command, I see the correct word count.

(BTW, excellent work on this...it's becoming my standard word processor, especially as I work on my fiction.)

Minor pick of nits, but ...

In my 'book', I had set up chapter breaks as TOC styles. So was looking for a fast way to change from a TOC style to H1 style for each chapter heading.

And it turned out that a replace using the TOC in the Search, along with Heading 1 in the Replace, plus some wildcard characters for the chapter ...

Is there a shortcut key (hot key) to convert selected text to an H1/H2/H3 level?

Can one be assigned?

Or a search/replace to change a TOC to H1?
