Font: Garamond 12 point
Paragraph: Justified
First Line Indent: 0.2
Line Spacing: Multiple 1.15

However, every document I open the text is:
Paragraph: Left
Line Spacing: Single

I start all of my RTF documents in Office 2007 Word and then import them to Atlantis to finish the work. The problem is that the documents are not importing with the correct formatting. As an example I format the chapter heading thusly:

There is also the fact that the font will show up on the Tool Bar but immediately disappears when I try to modify Heading 1 to match Chapter 10

You can see that it shows on the Tool Bar but not in the Modify Heading 1. I really need this font to show up in your list of installed fonts!
