To say that the new interface has nothing to do with the ribbon smacks of pedantry. It is at the very least a ribbon-like thing. The screen shot demonstrates that it only uses a bit more screen real estate than the ribbon in MS Office 2013 or 2016. However, it also highlights that it is less functio...
I agree with the comments of patr. The new GUI is an attempt to redefine the ribbon concept, but is not very successful. It doesn't work as well as a tabbed or menu-driven ribbon. There is also a need for some options to enable the user to customize the interface. The flyouts are too slow - they tak...

Convert tablet to CSV
You could do this by saving the file as a Word document, exporting the table to Excel and then saving as CSV. Of course, you would need Excel and you would have to use a macro:

EPUB3 support is a big ask in a $35 word processor, even one as good as Atlantis. If your technical-content book is a formatting nightmare in EPUB2, then I guess it is generating a lot of work for you in Atlantis. Adobe InDesign supports EPUB3 since 2014 - it is very expensive but may be cost effect...

Beta testing tables
Apologies for not having anything very detailed to contribute - just wanted to be first to report that the beta version with tables is awesome!

I'm excited that tables are coming. I'm also excited that Christmas is coming. I hope we get tables before Christmas.

Hi Robert. Thanks so much for taking the trouble to post two replies. I use my stick in a number of settings where I have limited privileges so I doubt I will be able to use USBDLM (will give it a go but don't think I can start a service). It seems the basic problem here is a bug in portable Atlanti...

Error in portable backup folder
When using portable Atlantis I find that the BackupFolder is hard coded in the ini file with the drive letter. This causes an error when inserting the USB stick in another computer where a different drive letter is assigned. By contrast the DocFolder is coded in the ini file with the relative path p...

Maximum margins
I have been trying to edit some documents in Word 97/2000 format which were created in TextMaker. They are A4 size with large top margins which I use with special A4 stationery that has a perforated lower section. I find that Atlantis reformats the documents due to a limit on margin size. The maximu...
