This release of Atlantis Word Processor includes support for the OpenDocument (ODF) format, a number of improvements to the Save as eBook feature, plus other changes. Please read on for details.

ODF format

This version of Atlantis introduces support for the OpenDocument format (ODF). Atlantis can now open and display existing ODF documents. But at this point it does not have ODF export capability. You will be able to modify the contents of existing ODF documents in Atlantis, but the changed documents will have to be re-saved in any other document format supported by Atlantis: RTF, DOC or DOCX.

Accordingly, the "Open Document" dialog of Atlantis has a new file type filter, the "OpenDocument ODT" format:

eBook-related changes

Atlantis can now embed fonts in eBook files it generates. Cover images are now saved to eBooks in a more friendly way towards the Mobipocket Reader. Plus there is a number of improvements regarding the "small caps", "all caps", "superscript", and "subscript" formatting. Please click the following links for details:
