Ordering via PayPal is similar to ordering by credit card. To order via PayPal:

• Click here to display the online registration form.
  
  
• Fill in the registration form, and choose "PayPal" from the "Credit Card Type" box:
  
  
  
  
  
  
• Do not enter the "Credit Card Number" and "Expiration Date" since they will be ignored (leave these two boxes "as is"):
  
  
  
  
  
  
• Click the Submit Order button at the bottom of the registration form. You will be redirected to the PayPal site to complete your payment.
