I just started using this new writing program. I do like it very much. But as an old-timer, I must have a very steep learning curve. I previously had Cut and paste as a working function. Now , when I go to paste something from another source the all the applicable boxes are grayed out. I obviously did something, but  I can't find a way to enable that function. I write a twice weekly newsletter and this program is the best I have used yet. Thanks

The Copy and Cut commands are disabled when there is nothing selected.

The Paste command is disabled when the clipboard is empty, or contains information in unsupported format.
