Problem download.

I am trying to download a file for a problem I have with Atlantis. But I keep getting an error message saying the file name has either been changed or not available. Can you help please.
ps. this is due to a reformat that i have to re load Atlantis.

I do not understand which file you mean. There is no such file on the server. Probably it was a temporary file.
