Spellchecking words with a slash

Words like OB/GYN and HVA/C are not recognized by Ocean Mind, it stops at the slash, /, and considers there to be a word before and after it. I have entered these into the custom dictionary but it still does not recognize them. What do I need to do to get these words automatically recognized by the spellchecker?

I am sorry but the spellchecker of the present version of Atlantis does not support such compound abbreviations.
