after i unstalled Atlantis Ocean Mind 1.5 I can not open a document from the desktop. It appears that the documents are still being saved as an Atlantis document and will not open up with WordPad. Although I can open up a document while in WordPad.
Quetion: How can I open my document by clicking on the icon on the desktop and go directly to WordPad?

If you uninstall Atlantis properly, it restores the original file type association. No need to change anything manually.
But you could always associate any application with any document type through the "Tools | Options > File Types" command of Windows Explorer (the Windows standard file manager).
