Unix style copy paste option would be a great feature. You select block of text and release mouse button and u will get selected text on clipboard and then simply right click in a document and block of text is copied. This is best feature that i missed on windows.

This feature is already available in Atlantis. Please, open the Atlantis help. Navigate to "Editing Documents", then to "Working With Column Blocks". You will get all details on how to proceed.
Note that you can toggle the "Zigzag block selection mode" on in the Atlantis editing options (Tools | Options, Edit tab).
When this mode is on, you can select (i.e. copy or cut) irregular blocks of text.
