win95b html update installed but help still won't work.

I have windows95b, and I installed the hmtl help file, but when I click on help, contents, it doesn't do anything. When I click on keyword in help it says that I have done something terrible and makes me close the program. Can someone help? thanks, Mary

The Microsoft HTML Help update might be insufficient in some cases.
I do not know if it is possible in your case but installing MS Internet Explorer 4.0 (or higher) would help.

Thanks for your suggestion. I downloaded ie 4.1 and now help works! I love the booklet feature!!! I love this word-processor!!!!!! Thanks.
