How do I send an Encrypted e-mail Document. Do I have to save the document as encrypted first and then send it via my default e-mail program Or is there a much easier way.

1) Create your document first.
2) Save it as COD file (“File > Save As” command, “encrypted document” type).
3) Launch the “File > Email > Send by Email” command. The active document will automatically be attached to a new email message.
4) Fill in all relevant fields in the email message window.
5) Send your message immediately if you are connected to the Internet or save it to send later if you are not currently connected.
