Bookmarks & Nova

I have Atlantis Nova version 1.0.0.53. I edited an rtf file with bookmarks in it using Atlantis Nova, when I saved that file all the bookmarks disapeared and I received no warning about losing information or formating in the file. Why did all the bookmarks get erased from the file?
I have the Windows Millenium Edition operating system.

Atlantis Nova does not support bookmarks, hyperlinks, columns, and many other features offered by Atlantis Ocean Mind.
New features are added to Atlantis Ocean Mind exclusively.

That was how I foolished my cousin. Send her a large text I created with Atlantis using bookmarks. But she opened it with Word - no bookmarks, no help for navigating through the pages.

MS Word supports bookmarks too. It does not have the "bookmark tabs" but you could use its "Insert | Bookmark..." dialog to go to the desired bookmark.

I fear her knowledge on MS Word is not much bigger than mine. Any information on this feature with Staroffice/OpenOffice?

In OpenWriter you can right-click the leftmost section/panel of the status bar for a list of the available bookmarks. This list allows to go to the desired bookmark.
