Spellcheck problem

I have noticed changes in Spellcheck with versions 4.2.2.5 & 4.2.2.6. I have a number of misspells in files that previously had none using version 4.1.5. This is specifically about I'M being red lined as misspelled but is OK as I'm. This is an All Caps header. I think the All Caps version of I'm should not show as a misspell. Why is it showing as misspelled?

This is much older than 4.2.2.5. Will be fixed soon. Thanks.
