Add Latin user dictionary/spellchecker

Post by Alan »

How do I add a user dictionary or spellchecker for the Latin language? I want to put all the scientific names for plants and animals that I come across as they seem to be Latin based.

Does the language list in the "Tools | Language..." dialog of Atlantis include "Latin" on your system?

Yes, Latin is in the language list and I have been using it to mark scientific names of plants and animals. When I do a spellcheck I get the warning that there is no Spellchecker for Latin.

The Latin spellchecker for Atlantis Word Processor should be available in the next few days.

Please choose the "Help | Check for Updates..." menu command of Atlantis to update to the latest version 3.2.4.1. Then start spellchecking a document with text marked as belonging to the Latin language. Atlantis would automatically suggest to download and install the Latin spellchecker.

Thanks Admin,
I have downloaded both version 3.2.4.1 and the Latin Spellchecker.
