I have Atlantis preloaded with the documents I'm working on, and it starts with Windows. Really nice, and one of the reasons I love the program.
However, if I navigate to a folder and click on a file to open it, it tries to open the file in a new window, and tries to open all the other documents with it, then tells me it can't open them.
Is there a way I can make Atlantis open all documents in the same window to stop this happening? I've looked through the options, and I can't find one for this behaviour.

I just placed a shortcut to “C:\Program Files (x86)\Atlantis\awp.exe” in my Windows 10 Startup Folder.
I launched Atlantis through that shortcut.
I opened several documents and activated “Reload open documents at startup”.
I closed Atlantis.
I rebooted my PC.
Atlantis restarted with Windows and loaded the documents that had been open before I closed it in the previous Windows session.
I double-clicked RTF documents in my file manager. They all opened in the same single instance of Atlantis.
So there is no such problem on my system.
Could you please send your current Atlantis configuration to support@AtlantisWordProcessor.com? Tools | Options… > Save to File… button.
Note that you do not drag & drop a “program” on to the Atlantis window. You drag & drop a “document file” (with .rtf, .doc, or .docx extension).
