Hi -- I'm attempting to use label template exp00516 downloaded from Staples and Atlantis won't work with it properly - or I'm doing something wrong. It's a .doc file.
Forum search on "labels" found aged requests on this one. Any help?
Thanks,
Jeff

You probably know this already, but just in case you don't, or some lurker needs help, I will recommend that you download the FREE OpenOffice.org suite or the closely related LibreOffice suite for your needs in creating tables and labels.
Links are:
www.openoffice.org
www.libreoffice.org
These suites include word processor, spreadsheet, drawing program, and other components. I downloaded your label template from Staples and tried it in LibreOffice. It opened and seemed to work. I did not try to print. It should work fine in either of the programs that I recommended, because they both support the *.doc format. Although I currently have LibreOffice installed, I would probably recommend OpenOffice.org for you, since it works crisply and does not need a separate download for the help file. They are essentially the same program.
Nothing beats Atlantis for ease of use and creation of ebooks. It is great. We would have nothing comparable for ebooks if Atlantis were not around. It is indispensable in that regard ... but no tables.
Best ...
