Where is the "Symbols & Characters" Dialog?

I have often used the Special Characters in Word but I can't find it in Atlantis. The help file starts with that dialog already up, but I can't find where to click to bring it up.

Hi Franklin,
You can use the main menu command "Insert | Symbol...", or the corresponding toolbar icon:
